As Operations Manager and Hoisting Engineer, I oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring every lift and operation is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards. With hands-on expertise in complex lift planning, equipment coordination, and site logistics, I work closely with crews, clients, and engineers to develop practical solutions that minimize risk and maximize productivity. I also provide consulting services for specialized lifts, offering technical guidance, engineered lift plans, and operational strategies tailored to each project’s unique requirements.
